Joy in unexpected places.
Isn't it so confusing how life can be so beautiful and so ugly at the same time?
Karaoke is therapeutic for me. This is part of life's joy. Jay and I, doing the George Michael/Elton John duet version of "Don't Let the Sun Go Down On Me."
When a man can belt out his favorite songs, in the company of friends and strangers, something magical happens. This might just be me, but I think more people experience it, and haven't named it yet.
Thank God for karaoke. It makes life worth fighting for.

Ah, but it was right next door from a venue we played. So, I probably left part of the story out.
I'm jealous of Sonja and the Enneagram, getting all your time! We gotta catch up, C.
